Job Description
Community Resource Network of Floridais looking fora caregiverwho is fun compassionate dependable and is committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their bestlife.
The individual is a 17-year-old young manin need of acaregiver to support him with all ADLs including personal care household chores and activities. He likes to jump on the trampoline in his room and enjoys watching movies and cartoons.
This is an independent contract position and pays$15.25 per hour
Schedule: (Summer) Mon Tues and Thurs from 9:30am - 3pm Wed from 9:30am - 2pm (during school) Mon - Thurs from 3:30pm - 8pm

Responsibilities and Duties you can expect in the role:
- Encouraging and supporting the individualduring homeactivities
- Assisting with personal hygiene tasks
- Meal preparation and light cleaning
- Ensuringindividualssafety and maintaining a safe living environment
- Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events community outings such as grocery shopping and appointments
- Promote communication choiceindependence and socialization
- Complete daily progress notes
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening
- Provide1 year of caregiving experience
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Have aValid Drivers license
- Are 18 years of age or older
