Were seeking a driven assertive and hands-on individual to take ownership of factory processes and ensure theyre effectively implemented and followed across the floor. This is not a quiet desk job-its an on-the-ground walk-the-floor solve-real-problems kind of role.
Youll be responsible for identifying process gaps creating and enforcing new procedures and optimizing workflows-from ERP work ticket creation to managing rework procedures and beyond. Your ability to engage with different departments hold people accountable and drive real change will define your success here.

This is not an engineering position. While technical skills are helpful this role is laser-focused on process execution improvement and accountability. If your passion lies in theoretical problem-solving or R&D this may not be the right fit.
