About the Role:
Were seeking a driven assertive and hands-on individual to take ownership of factory processes and ensure theyre effectively implemented and followed across the floor. This is not a quiet desk job-its an on-the-ground walk-the-floor solve-real-problems kind of role.
Youll be responsible for identifying process gaps creating and enforcing new procedures and optimizing workflows-from ERP work ticket creation to managing rework procedures and beyond. Your ability to engage with different departments hold people accountable and drive real change will define your success here.
What Youll Do:
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current factory processes
- Lead implementation of new procedures across production and operations
- Create and manage work tickets in our ERP system
- Develop document and enforce rework and issue-resolution procedures
- Partner with technicians supervisors and team leads to maintain accountability
- Monitor and audit adherence to process improvements
Who You Are:
- Youre a strong communicator who isnt afraid to speak up and drive change
- You thrive in hands-on environments and are naturally observant and analytical
- Youve worked in a factory setting (minimum 2 years) and can bring a fresh outside perspective
- You can manage cross-functional collaboration without relying on formal authority
Preferred:
- A technical degree (Engineering Chemistry Math Data Analysis or similar)
- Electromechanical or production technician experience
- Experience with ERP systems and process documentation
What This Role Is Not:
This is not an engineering position. While technical skills are helpful this role is laser-focused on process execution improvement and accountability. If your passion lies in theoretical problem-solving or R&D this may not be the right fit. But if you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and making a factory run better day-by-day-this could be a great fit.
