Job Description:
A Client Account Representative at Style Netbox serves as the main point of contact between our clients and the internal team. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless flow of communication efficient execution of marketing strategies and overall client satisfaction. You will manage client accounts oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables meet expectations and brand standards.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
Manage client communications and maintain strong long-lasting relationships
Monitor project progress and coordinate team tasks to meet deadlines
Identify client needs and provide solutions through our marketing services
Prepare reports and updates on account performance and progress
Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Ensure that all deliverables align with the clients vision and expectations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service account management or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with marketing principles is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
