Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Consultation:
- Assist guests in understanding their financing options for motorcycle purchases.
- Present and explain terms interest rates and repayment options to facilitate informed decision-making.
Insurance Guidance:
- Provide information on available insurance products including warranties and protection plans.
- Assist guests in selecting insurance options that meet their needs and comply with regulatory standards.
Credit Analysis:
- Evaluate credit applications and financial information to determine financing eligibility.
- Collaborate with lending institutions to secure favorable financing terms for customers.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure accurate completion of financing and insurance paperwork.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws regulations and dealership policies.
Guest Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests throughout the financing and insurance process.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with sales team members to streamline the sales and financing process.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team on finance and insurance products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financing options credit analysis and insurance products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in dealership management systems and finance software.
