Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents assisting with daily activities such as bathing dressing grooming and eating
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents by being patient understanding and attentive to their needs
- Maintain a safe clean and comfortable environment for residents
- Assist with mobility turning and positioning of residents as required
- Document care and observations accurately and in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with nursing and medical staff to ensure the highest quality of care
- Uphold the values of honesty respect and dignity in all interactions with residents families and coworkers
What Were Looking For:
- Current CNA certification
- A compassionate patient and selfless attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to respect and support residents families and coworkers with kindness and professionalism
