Title: Solution Designer
Job Description: The Solution Designer (multiple positions open) at Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC in Milwaukee WI will develop and deploy SAP-based solutions and processes. Design build configure and deploy SAP based solutions and processes aiding in testing and implementation of greenfield Sales and Distribution deployments or requested enhancements to current Order-to-Cash solutions across multiple disciplines including: order management pricing available to promise order fulfillment and EDI Communications. Identify propose and initiate software process improvement activities within the Order-to-Cash Value Stream. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues. Coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve issues. Convert business requirements into functional specifications. Provide input on industry trends and SAP Best Practices to contribute to decisions. Partner with third-party providers to ensure the quality and successful development delivery and operation of application services and solutions. May telecommute three days per week.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field plus five years in a professional SAP SD module developer or related occupation. Employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field plus two years in a professional SAP SD module developer or related occupation. Must include two years of experience with each of the following: (1) functional configuration design and testing within SAP S/4 HANA system; (2) full life cycle SAP OTC (Order to Cash) implementation using ASAP Methodology; (3) implementing SAP standard and custom solutions in the OTC process; (4) end-to-end process and configuration of SAP SD (Sales and Distributions) and SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management); (5) integration of third-party systems with SAP systems including SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) for Global Available To Promise (ATP) Transportation Management (TM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) for Distribution; (6) debugging of ABAP programming; (7) ticketing and testing tools including Service Now and Qtest; and (8) designing and developing systems and solutions in SAP SD module.
