Job Description

Director - Partial Hospitalization Program

Position Description:

We are seeking a Director to join our Team!

Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center (NDTC) is seeking candidates for the position of Director - Partial Hospitalization Program. NDTC is a leading provider of behavioral health services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and families in our community.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of our Child Partial Hospitalization Program (CPHP). This individual will be responsible for overseeing the CPHP ensuring compliance with regulatory standards developing quality assurance functions as well as provide clinical administrative and organizational leadership to the program.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Oversite of Program Compliance and Fidelity including participating in all audit requests and licensure reviews.
  • Clinical Support Direction and Supervision of Direct Care staff including Staff Development/Training Recruitment Corrective Action and Performance Reviews.
  • Consultation with NDTC Administration regarding program performance budgeting staffing and related issues.
  • Ongoing development of Programming including but not limited to attending leadership meetings participation in trainings community forums and meetings ongoing development of community linkages and referral sources (including Hospitals Schools and other Providers/Agencies etc.).
  • Oversite of Referrals Intakes Discharges and After Care planning and all aspects of treatment including but not limited to Therapy Treatment Planning Response to Treatment and Crisis Intervention.
  • Oversite of Education requirements and ongoing communication with school districts.
  • Knowledge and understanding of agency EMR systems as related to programming paperwork and billing procedures.

Education Requirements/Qualifications:

The following minimum requirements shall be met by the Director:

A. The Program Director will be a minimum of a mental health professional with a minimum of three (3) years post graduate experience and at least one year working with Children in a mental health program.

B. Shall be trained in a generally recognized clinical discipline including but not limited to psychiatry social work psychology nursing rehabilitation or activity therapist who has a graduate degree and mental health experience.
