You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA growing healthcare organization in Brooklyn is seeking a highly organized and strategic Operations Manager to support the Regional Director in overseeing the day-to-day management of case management operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong leadership background a hands-on approach and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist the Regional Director in managing daily operations and service delivery
Monitor caseload productivity staffing utilization and team performance
Oversee the onboarding and training process for new Case Managers
Establish and enforce KPI expectations for the Case Management team
Offer guidance and mentorship to Case Managers and support their ongoing development
Conduct one-on-one meetings to monitor performance and support professional growth
Ensure client and provider satisfaction through effective communication and rapport-building
Collaborate with the Regional Director on performance improvement initiatives
Help resolve service-related challenges that arise for client families
Streamline communication related to client authorizations and staffing
Ensure thorough documentation of all interactions and records
Participate in department meetings and implement team feedback
Uphold all compliance standards including HIPAA state and federal regulations
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare operations or case management leadership
Strong organizational communication and team development skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with compliance standards and client service workflows
Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
