Job Description
Volkswagen of Corpus Christi is seeking a highly skilled Service Fixed Ops Director to join our team. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of service and parts operations in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all service and fixed operations departments
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability
- Manage and hire a team of service advisors technicians parts and support staff
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and positive dealership experience
Requirements:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt courteous and effective service
- Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
- Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Proven experience as a Service Manager Parts Manager or combined role in an automotive dealership
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Organized and friendly personality
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
