POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Football Operations will assist in the day-to-day administrative and logistical operations of the North Greenville University football program. This position is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of all team-related activities and supporting the coaching staff in non-coaching capacities. This stipend position will average fewer than 30 hours per week over the course of the year and is designed to provide operational excellence in a part-time capacity that supports the holistic development of student-athletes in a Christ-centered environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate team travel logistics including transportation lodging and meals for away games and events.
Assist in organizing team events meetings camps and official/unofficial recruiting visits.
Maintain and manage team calendars itineraries and schedules in collaboration with the Head Coach and coaching staff.
Support equipment and facility management for practices games and special events.
Oversee team communication tools and facilitate internal and external correspondence for the program.
Serve as liaison between the football program and other university departments (e.g. compliance academics athletic training marketing).
Assist with game day operations including pregame setup and postgame teardown.
Help coordinate fundraising events and community outreach initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and assist in ensuring program compliance with NCAA conference and university policies.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to hear and communicate effectively with co-workers athletes and university personnel.
Frequently convey detailed or important logistical instructions clearly and quickly.
Ability to lift pull and push up to 30 pounds of force occasionally.
Mobility to move around campus facilities and athletic venues.
Willingness and ability to work long hours during game days travel periods or special events within the part-time hour limits.
WORK SCHEDULE:
This stipend position is structured to average fewer than 30 hours per week over the course of the year. Hours will vary based on the season with increased time demands during the football season and reduced hours in the off-season.
TRAVEL:
Travel is required for away games and events involving the football team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in athletic administration or football operations strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to Christian faith and support of NGUs mission and values.
Affirm an understanding of the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.
Affirm an understanding of the Universitys Statement on Human Flourishing.
Agree to abide by the employee handbooks including community standards agreements.
