Our Primary Care Network is an NCQA Level 3 recognized Patient Centered Medical Home with professional friendly and outgoing staff to enhance your patients experience. The ideal candidate will be patient centered and possess a strong commitment to providing high quality healthcare to the communities we serve.
Our central Connecticut location is in close proximity to urban living with professional sporting events concerts ballet theatres and only two hours from NYC and Boston.
Duties and Responsibilities:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Nurse Practitioner will meet the standards and requirements for Adjunct Medical Staff membership as defined in the Hospitals Medical Staff Bylaws.

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Experience: Prefer clinical working experience as an APP within the given specialty/service line recommended but none required
Licensure: Active NP ACLS/BLS certified DEA License CT CSP
