Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring Staff Nurse - Anaesthetics into our Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Will contribute and be a productive part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Will demonstrate clinical expertise and professional leadership by managing time and resources effectively and efficiently in order to enable and provide high-quality patient care.
- In accordance with present and future service demands and advancements in anesthetic nursing a staff nurse in anesthetics will take part in ongoing professional development within the department.
- In addition to communicating with the Clinical Coordinator the Staff Nurse will offer assistance when needed.
- In addition to working closely with the members of other departments the staff nurse in anesthesia will oversee the daily operational needs that emerge.
- Accountability for making sure that sufficient supplies and safe equipment are used in a physically organized environment.
- Respect the departments internal controls.
Requirements
- NMBI license for registered general nurses.
- ACLS and BLS
- Experience in an acute hospital setting particularly in anesthesia for at least one year after registration.
- It is preferable to take a management course.
- Possess demonstrated clinical expertise and effective communication abilities.
