Job Description
Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Birmingham.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for generalist HR enquiries delivering a comprehensive and professional HR service across various areas. You will provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee-related matters including individual support.
You will offer timely and specialist guidance to line managers on people-related issues such as performance sickness absence occupational health conduct discipline grievance secondments TUPE probation and AWOL.
Additionally you will provide comprehensive advice to stakeholders within the organisation demonstrating a strong ability to build and maintain relationships influence decisions and drive positive outcomes.

3 months initial Fixed term contract (Will extend to permanent)
36130 to 45413 (Process to 48149 once in post)
Hybrid working (2 / 3 days on site)
Requirements
Experience as a HR Generalist
Strong Stakeholder engagement experience
