Facilities Manager

Job Description Summary

This role is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a site while learning from experienced professionals and stepping into a clear path for career progression.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the smooth day-to-day operations of the building including engineering safety cleaning and vendor performance

  • Ensure compliance across contracts reporting and documentation

  • Build relationships with tenants service providers and stakeholders to deliver responsive and efficient support

  • Prepares budgets financial reports (monthly and quarterly) contracts expenditures and purchase orders related to the facility(s) or complex as directed

What Youll Bring:

  • 24 years experience in facilities property or building operations

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic understanding of vendor contracts maintenance systems and safety processes

  • Drive and motivation to grow into more senior FM roles
