Key Responsibilities:
Manage the smooth day-to-day operations of the building including engineering safety cleaning and vendor performance
Ensure compliance across contracts reporting and documentation
Build relationships with tenants service providers and stakeholders to deliver responsive and efficient support
Prepares budgets financial reports (monthly and quarterly) contracts expenditures and purchase orders related to the facility(s) or complex as directed
What Youll Bring:
24 years experience in facilities property or building operations
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Basic understanding of vendor contracts maintenance systems and safety processes
Drive and motivation to grow into more senior FM roles
