Position: Data Entry Clerk
Employment:Full-time hourly
Location: San Diego CA
Start Date: ASAP

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with experience in the automotive dealership industry. This role requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency in entering maintaining and auditing dealership dataparticularly within CDK. The ideal candidate is organized proficient in Microsoft Excel and has prior experience with dealer trade and inventory accounting.
Qualifications:
- Automotive dealership experience required
- Prior experience with dealer trade and inventory accounting preferred
- Experience with CDK is a huge plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into CDK systems
- Scan and maintain organized records for easy retrieval and compliance
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage various clerical tasks such as filing scanning mailing and organizing documents
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry workflows
- Create and manage spreadsheets reports and data logs in Microsoft Excel
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in basic math for data verification
- Familiarity with office systems and clerical procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and precision
