The Legal Service Lead is responsible for ongoing leadership direction effective operation and performance of the Legal Service team. The Lead acts as a business partner to the Legal group and oversees/ contributes to activity across:
Legal Matter Intake and Company Secretarial
Contract Management
Intellectual Property
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
Law degree required with an expereince of 6 years.
Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and external parties. Must display excellent communication interpersonal / influence skills along with the ability to gain credibility in area of expertise; Strong understanding of legal concepts and terminology including knowledge of procurement contracts IP law relevant regulations and the ability to interpret and apply legal language in contracts; Strong team management skills; Has experience with global contract management; Familiar with legal technology including legal matter intake CLM IP docketing etc.
