Key Responsibilities:
- Receive procurement applications and conduct sourcing research.
- Organize technical exchanges and complete supplier introduction & procurement.
- Coordinate supplier verification to meet R&D production quality needs and ensure qualification compliance.
- Negotiate and sign agreements on behalf of the business division to ensure legal validity.
- Inspect and evaluate suppliers optimize resources and maintain reserves.
- Control procurement costs and lead negotiations for cost reduction.
- Maintain and update supplier/commercial information for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Adjust processes per procurement manual updates to ensure rational and efficient execution.
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Proficient in 2 of Hungarian English and Chinese (basic Chinese preferred).
- Bachelors degree or above.
- 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong communication & professional skills able to endure hardship and visit markets; cheerful proactive personality with good ethics and willingness to help.
- Adapt to Chinese corporate culture and willing to learn Chinese.
- Proficient in basic office software and eager to learn procurement system operations
- Accept 1-2 annual work report trips to China.
