What you will do:
- Data Cleaning: Maintain an updated checklist of contracts prioritize and document issues use an issue tracking tool for data problems communicate clearly with the global team and schedule regular meetings to discuss and document solutions.
- Performance Marketing: Log into Tableau activate the template view check each country compare influencer and category performance with previous weeks and note that tiers usually remain stable unless volume changes.
- Performance Management: Identify current week activities and latency compare costs with P&L present weekly performance to each country and request additional context.
- Align strategies by finding a middle ground between the available data and the countrys goals using historical data to approve or modify the countrys proposal.
- Define support roles for hands-on tasks monitor the strategy and determine if any steering adjustments are needed.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt in a high-paced environment progressively taking more ownership of your work stream with guidance from the team.
What we are looking for:
- You are currently studying or completing a Bachelors degree
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- You have a strong affinity for critical thinking hands-on execution problem-solving and result orientation.
- Comfortable with Excel and Numbers: Is more than proficcient in Excel and considered data-driven
