Job Description

Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Admin Head

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the daily operational and administrative functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should be experienced in operating computer systems managing data entries preparing reports and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. Fluency in both Arabic and English with strong typing and documentation skills is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage internal computer systems and databases efficiently.

  • Perform accurate typing and data entry tasks in both Arabic and English.

  • Maintain daily logs operational records and documentation for internal use.

  • Coordinate schedules meetings and communication between departments.

  • Prepare and update operational reports memos and official correspondences.

  • Assist in tracking project timelines and providing regular status updates.

  • Support the operations team with document filing and workflow follow-ups.

  • Ensure adherence to operational policies confidentiality and data accuracy.

  • Liaise with vendors service providers and internal teams as required.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field.

  • Minimum 2 4 years of experience in operations or administrative coordination roles.

  • Valid work permit/residency (for foreign applicants if applicable).


Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • Excellent typing skills in Arabic and English (min. 40 50 WPM preferred).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Effective verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.

  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and digital filing systems.

  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
