Job Description
- Monitor daily branch activities including pay-ins/payouts and customer grievances.
- Manage risk associated with trade errors and debtors.
- Provide regular reports on branch activities to the Regional Manager.
- Manage branch staff including recruitment training and performance management.
- Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Target High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Facilitate daily morning meetings and discussions with branch staff.
- Review branch performance metrics on a monthly and weekly basis.
- Organize weekly investor meets to expand the client base.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing a branch or team.
- 5 years of experience in the stock market and selling financial products such as SIP mutual funds and PMS (Portfolio Management Services).
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
