Junior Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Recruiter to support our growing Talent team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of recruiting experience along with a background in account management or customer success. This role requires a keen ability to identify strong talent manage recruitment pipelines and build positive candidate and stakeholder relationships all while supporting our mission to deliver excellence in team-building.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level roles across technical and non-technical functions.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements candidate profiles and interview plans.

  • Source screen and shortlist candidates using job boards LinkedIn referrals and internal databases.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment tracking tools.

Candidate Experience & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates ensuring a high-touch and professional experience throughout the process.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews feedback cycles and debriefs in collaboration with People Ops.

  • Support onboarding and pre-employment activities in partnership with HR and hiring teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand team goals and hiring needs.

  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and ensure alignment on candidate pipeline progress.

  • Partner with customer-facing teams to translate success profiles into effective recruitment strategies.

Operational Excellence

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes templates and candidate communication.

  • Track and analyze metrics related to time-to-fill candidate quality and offer acceptance rates.

  • Support campus outreach recruiting events and employer brand initiatives in the Austin area.



Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a recruiting talent acquisition or sourcing role (agency or in-house).

  • Prior exposure to account management or customer success functions preferred.

  • Experience hiring in high-growth tech-forward environments a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative metrics-driven and fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Communications or a related field.
