You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Event Manager will be responsible for leading the planning coordination and flawless execution of festive events and installations for corporate and high-net-worth clients. This includes conceptualizing d cor themes managing client expectations coordinating vendors overseeing installations and ensuring project outcomes align with the company s service standards. The ideal candidate is creative organized and thrives under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role also involves direct client interaction managing end-to-end event experiences and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Design event and d cor concepts tailored to client briefs brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
Conduct site visits and client consultations to assess requirements and develop installation plans.
Prepare detailed event plans including timelines manpower inventory needs and budget estimates.
Act as the primary contact for clients during the planning and execution stages.
Present mood boards d cor proposals and samples for client approval.
Manage client event timelines communicate status updates and ensure seamless coordination.
Ensure excellent customer service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
Source and liaise with decorators florists lighting designers logistics personnel and other external vendors.
Supervise event staff including decorators artisans and contractors to ensure tasks are executed to spec.
Collaborate with the Procurement and Logistics teams for timely delivery of materials.
Lead on-site execution of d cor projects and ensure installations meet quality standards.
Monitor timelines and make real-time adjustments during setup and takedown.
Conduct post-event evaluations and feedback collection.
Maintain accurate records of each event including cost breakdowns vendor contracts and feedback.
Prepare reports and performance summaries for management.
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years experience managing events preferably in a corporate or creative setting.
Strong portfolio of past event projects.
Excellent planning organization and people management skills.
Proven ability to manage high-pressure timelines and demanding clients.
Familiarity with event production tools and design software is an added advantage.
Must be willing to work weekends and extended hours during peak season.
