Job Description

Randolph Elementary School is seeking a 3rd/4th grade or 2nd grade teacher to join our team. Applicants should embrace a co-teaching environment have a positive mindset be willing to work as a part of a team and share a commitment to the success of every child. Randolph is dedicated to professional learning communities with Braintree and Brookfield Schools sharing professional development curriculum/assessment design and implementation and shared leadership in a district-wide Multi-tiered Systems of Support model. Working in our school is a rewarding experience. Our teachers use Responsive Classroom methods along with PBIS to teach students about expected behaviors in order to support social and emotional growth in our children. Randolph Elementary is a school of 305 students located in Central Vermont and is a short drive to the state capital in Montpelier and just an hour from Burlington and the University of Vermont. Vermont teaching license or eligibility required. E.O.E.
