Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the team by providing support to multiple Talent Acquisition professionals company executives hiring managers and candidates by executing various administrative and operational-related tasks essential to a world class candidate experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for internal/external job postings
  • Drafting offer letters and other pertinent documents
  • Ordering background checks and assessments
  • Sending onboarding documents to hiring manager and new hire
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is accurate and complete
  • Facilitate the onboarding process between various entities
  • Assist in updating candidate and new hire database
  • Special projects as assigned

Education and/or Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment
  • Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office software (Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Exceptional verbal written and communication skills
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail accuracy and follow-through skills
  • Dependable and team oriented with the ability to prioritize and work effectively with all departments
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively including a proficiency in clear concise and compelling oral and written communication
  • Must be able to work independently with limited or no supervision at times
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership in a professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment with a flexible work from home program when applicable
  • Extended work hours required on occasion which may begin before and / or end after the normally scheduled workday
