DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Materially contribute to core health and welfare projects involving the design and management of US medical dental life disability and time off benefits including:
Benefit plan analysis design cost savings and funding strategies
Vendor procurement negotiation and optimization
Incorporation of specialized health management absence and disability management pharmacy and compliance strategies
Coordinate Savings Plan Council meetings
Preparing and reconciling 401k/ benefits contributions from Payroll to third party recordkeeper and working with payroll to resolve any deduction issues.
Drafting communications and education material related to benefits.
Assisting HR Shared Service members with answering employee questions and working with employees directly as needed to resolve outstanding issues.
Ensuring that all retirement and benefit programs and activities comply with related federal and state rules and regulations.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in a related field with 8-10 years of experience managing Benefits and Savings plans (US) in a large corporate environment.
Experience running Open Enrollment.
Workday experience highly preferred. Deltek Vision experience would be considered an asset.

CEBS Certification is a plus but not required
