ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Previous experience along with computer skills
- Forklift experience
- Ability to be conscientious enough to catch and prevent simple/mundane mistakes yielding a very high accuracy rate when manipulating data.
- Evaluate and reorganize inventory processes
- Analyze daily inventory reports
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and team lift 100 pounds per Cardinal standards.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Office experience or manufacturing/warehouse experience required which must include proficient work experience with Excel and Excel formulas.
- Ability to follow very specific and detailed instructions and procedures.
- Adaptability to changes in deadlines and nature of assignments.
- Familiarity with MS Office software with strong desire to become an Office expert.
- Good communicator both verbally and in writing/typing.
- Strong analytical skills. Logical thinker. Ability to make logical decisions without guidance.
- Dependable professional self-motivated productive and organized (must have a strong attendance record).
- E1 experience
- Ability to multitask.
- Good with numbers. No issues with getting numbers mixed up/out of order. Ability to walk/stand/sit all day when necessary.
- Ability to use a full range of motion (stoop crouch bend over reach etc.) throughout a shift.
- Positive safety attitude.
