The Role: IT Manager
As the IT Manager youll be the driving force behind the management and optimization of all IT operations across our property. Youll lead a talented team ensure smooth technology processes and oversee IT projects that support the overall efficiency and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and manage the IT support team ensuring all hardware software and peripherals are maintained installed and repaired with precision and speed.
- Oversee the resolution of IT issues ensuring problems are identified documented and addressed quickly and effectively.
- Drive IT-related projects from inception to completion ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Handle personnel management responsibilities including hiring training coaching and performance evaluation.
- Keep senior management informed of technical needs challenges and progress.
- Develop implement and maintain IT policies and procedures that align with company goals and standards.
- Manage the IT departments budget ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet operational needs.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of network fundamentals such as LAN/WAN TCP/IP and network management.
- Strong technical expertise with Windows operating systems (2000 7) workstation configurations and network hardware.
- A certification is required and ITIL V3 Awareness is a plus.
- Proven leadership and project management skills with experience overseeing cross-functional teams and large-scale IT initiatives.
- Experience with casino business systems and proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead a dedicated high-performing IT team in a dynamic growing company.

- High school diploma required; a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
