Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-visibility S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition (PCE) implementation within the life sciences sector. This cross-regional project involves coordination among SAP teams across multiple market units as well as customer teams based in China and the EU under the oversight of a joint steering committee.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end project management for the S/4HANA PCE implementation ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups including SAP teams Customer China team and Customer EU team
- Serve as the key liaison to the joint steering committee preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports
- Utilize a range of project tracking tools to monitor and report on progress identify risks and manage mitigation strategies
- Oversee resource planning and ensure optimal utilization to meet project milestones
- Apply SAP Activate Methodology principles to structure and guide the project execution
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all involved parties
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP S/4HANA PCE implementation projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional multi-national teams
- Demonstrated expertise in using project progress tracking tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Smartsheet)
- Solid understanding of resource planning and project control best practices
- Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Life sciences industry experience is a plus
- PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification preferred
