Lead Development Team:
Oversee and guide the development team in designing developing and maintaining applications using .NET technologies.
Agile Methodology:
Facilitate Agile practices including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure efficient project delivery.
Sprint Planning:
Define and manage the team's backlog prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of sprints.
Technical Expertise:
Provide hands-on development and technical guidance in .NET including C# MVC and related technologies.
Communication:
Foster clear and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders ensuring alignment on project goals and progress.
Problem Solving:
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Mentorship:
Mentor junior developers providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in .NET development and Agile methodologies.
Skills:
Proficiency in .NET technologies (C# MVC)
Strong understanding of Agile practices and sprint planning
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
Ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively
Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
