Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support the operational and analytical functions of our Affiliate Marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage affiliate communication reporting compliance monitoring and backend systems while ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance (30%)
- Investigate affiliate practices to ensure promotion methods align with brand guidelines.
- Document traffic sources and ensure ongoing compliance with regulations.
2. Reporting (15%)
- Produce daily weekly and MTD reports including ROI Net ROI Hold and other key KPIs.
- Maintain internal databases and generate insights for performance tracking.
3. Affiliate Management (15%)
- Act as the primary contact for affiliates via email Teams and occasional calls.
- Handle queries related to payments tracking issues KYC and account status.
- Coordinate link requests and monitor resolution of technical issues.
- Setting up commission plans via and NetRefer platform.
4. Affiliates Finance (15%)
- Calculate monthly affiliate fees manage spend tracking and resolve unpaid commission queries.
- Estimate total affiliate spend and assist in financial reconciliation
5. Marketing Service Operations (10%)
- Set up new affiliate accounts implement commission structures and manage tracking link delivery.
- Support onboarding processes and internal KYC validations.
6. Backend Management (5%)
- Maintain affiliate platforms and internal systems including proprietary tools and compliance software.
7. Project Management (5%)
- Assistance with the integration of new brands migrations and affiliate-related projects across platforms.
8. Marketing Communications (5%)
- Support newsletter planning promotional updates and exclusive affiliate content distribution.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 12 years in the gaming industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Basic understanding of KYC tracking systems and compliance in online marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask across varied responsibilities.
