We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Computer/Warehouse Technician to join our team in Plano TX. This is a hands-on role that blends warehouse operations with basic computer diagnostics and repair. You will be responsible for receiving and managing inventory identifying and tracking computer hardware and performing routine repairs or hardware replacements on PCs and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic solid organizational skills and experience with both warehouse functions and computer hardware handling.
This position will have responsibilities that include working with government contractors; therefore U.S. citizenship is required.
This is an on-site position. Work hours are M-F 8:00a - 5:00p with overtime available.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic diagnostics and repair of desktop and laptop computers
- Replace computer components such as hard drives memory and power supplies
- Identify and verify PC hardware and peripherals (e.g. docking stations drives monitors)
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments
- Receive inspect and document incoming equipment
- Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment
- Stock label and locate inventory in designated storage areas
- Maintain and update inventory tracking in Excel spreadsheets
- Scan and log assets using internal systems or barcode scanners
- Communicate inventory issues and updates via email
- Ensure a clean safe and organized warehouse environment
Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship required (due to work with government contractors)
- 35 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or technical role with stable work history
- Hands-on experience with basic computer hardware repair and component replacement
- Ability to accurately identify PC parts and peripherals
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for basic tracking and spreadsheets
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Dependable punctual and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Must pass a background check
