Job Description

TO: All Teaching and Administrative Personnel Brockton Public Schools FROM: Dr. Kathleen F. Moran Assistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesSUBJECT: Freshman Orientation Staff at BHSJob Description:Freshman Orientation will be held for 3 days: August 18th 20th at 8:30 12:30pm for staff with a mandatory training on August 15th from 8:30 11:30pm. Staff members will work with Student Ambassadors to monitor freshman orientation activities assist in leading tours and managing time allocations for activities to ensure the success of the week. Qualifications:Staff member at Brockton High SchoolResponsibilities:Monitor and assist in facilitating activitiesMonitor lunchesAssist with sign-in each dayAssist in monitoring Student AmbassadorsReports to: Academic Associate Principals and BHS PrincipalHours: Scheduled days for a total of 15 hoursAugust 15 8:30am 11:30am (mandatory training)August:30am 12:30pm (freshman orientation)Rate: Contractual Hourly RatePositions Available: 40 Funding Source: Title IV Grant
