Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service technician for our client in New Castle DE. Responsibilities include installing maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment in both residential and commercial properties. Candidates will identify maintenance risks on equipment diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems clean/adjust/repair systems and perform warranty services.
Responsibilities:
*Place HVAC equipment into building.
*Check HVAC equipment to ensure readiness for use.
*Install duct work.
*Connect duct work to HVAC equipment.
*Connect HVAC equipment to existing or new electrical systems.
*Build sheet metal or drywall enclosures for HVAC equipment.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience or equivalent technical training
- Service Call experience required
- Oil furnace experience a plus
- EPA certification required
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong customer service and communication skills
-Shift: 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (on-call rotation overtime available)
