This is a national role which requires a qualified lawyer with experience in construction law who is solutions-focused enthusiastic and capable of driving initiatives and taking ownership of projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation continuous improvement and the ability to manage varying levels of tasks.

You will need to be a self-starter who can take initiative in the management of the capture sharing and improvement of knowledge resources. The goal of a knowledge manager is to help stakeholders to work efficiently and provide high quality and up to date work outputs. The knowledge lawyer will also play a part in the whole of firm execution of the new Knowledge Management Strategy.

Purpose of the Role

This role is an opportunity to build relationships and bring your own ideas to drive improvements. An important element of the role is developing relationships and collaborating which can be very rewarding. You will not be tied to the billable hour and will have autonomy. The variety you will experience in your week will keep you motivated and busy but not so busy as to feel stressed. You will be able to achieve a good work/life balance. The role is well supported by a proactive partnership with dedicated knowledge partners. A collaborative group of knowledge colleagues across the firm will also be there to support you and exchange ideas and information.
