We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist to join our team at COMPANY NAME. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining upgrading and managing the IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires expertise in network management server administration and technical support to provide reliable IT services across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including servers networks and hardware.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware software and network issues.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and support services.
- Ensure system backups and disaster recovery processes are in place and tested regularly.
- Document IT processes configurations and support activities.
- Assist in the deployment of new applications and updates.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols hardware and operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
