The position
As a Senior Product Manager you will:
Plan and execute brand marketing strategies for product launches and sustained growth.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to develop medium-term marketing strategies and investment plans.
Design promotional campaigns and tools including communication materials and field inputs.
Initiate and manage activities such as scientific meetings doctor programmes and patient education initiatives.
Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Provide sales teams with product updates marketing tools and support for successful campaign execution.
Collaborate with creative and advertising agencies to design innovative promotional tools and mass campaigns.
Ensure alignment with ethical standards company procedures and the Novo Nordisk Way of Management.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should have:
Post-Graduation MBA with specialization in Marketing from Premier B School. Preferably a Science graduate.
Total experience of 7 years in marketing.
Proficiency in setting direction and strategy with a focus on competitive marketing.
A high-performing mindset with a strong ability to make things happen.
Experience in fostering mutually beneficial relationships with KOLs and HCPs.
