Job Description
As an Agency Development Partnerships Manager II at Reddit you will play a key role on the Agency Development Team working with the Agency Leads the worlds largest Holding Companies and their clients. Youll manage and support strategic relationships. Youll be detail-oriented and output-focused have strong communication and people skills and you should have an innate ability to bring internal and external stakeholders together whilst managing partnerships and projects at the highest levels.
This role will report to the Agency Partner Manager Lead and will support the EMEA Hold Co. relationships with a focus on the UK.
Location: Must be based within the Greater London UK area and capable of commuting into our London office a few times a month.
Responsibilities:
- Act and serve as a liaison between the assigned Holding Company Holding Company Lead and Reddit to help execute monitor and optimize first-class partnership programs
- Support and assist in the build of Agency Developments annual and quarterly strategic plan for the assigned Holding Company through the use of data
- Define alongside the Activations and Enablement Team on educational approaches develop work plans and create compelling educational programs
- Project track maintain progress and report on delivery against Reddits annual endeavor goals suggesting areas for optimization of the plan and/or programs
- Work cross-functionally with sales product marketing measurement and insights teams to aggregate and deliver best-in-class solutions for our agency clients
- Be the thought leader in the industry; acting as an ambassador and spokesperson for Reddit acting as an advisor
- Work with agencies to uplevel their media and creative thinking and structure programs that deliver positive business impact for their clients
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in partnership sales agency digital media buying and/or client planning
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product process and client challenges
- Ability to manage across competing deadlines and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with agency holding companies and the agency landscape
- Is flexible and has the innate ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work and environment managing change effectively
- Exhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skill

Pay Transparency:
This job posting may span more than one career level.
In addition to base salary this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units and will also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base pay range for this position is:
158200 - 221500 GBP
