Primary Teaching Assistant: Job Summary
As a Primary Teaching Assistant you will provide 1:1 and whole-class support for pupils of all abilities including some pupils who have SEN. You will work very closely with Class Teachers and be expected to confidently deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to drive up attainment levels within literacy and numeracy. You will monitor pupil progress and encourage social skills.
