Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in line with their individual needs
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing dressing eating and mobility
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions (where appropriate)
- Build trusting relationships with clients families and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months professional experience in a care role
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- A kind respectful and patient approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Up-to-date DBS (or willing to undergo one)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
