POSITION SUMMARY

What youll do
- You will be responsible for carrying out any repair or rectifying any maintenance issues throughout the hotel as and when they arise
- You will respond to and attend to guest repair requests
- You will perform preventative maintenance on tools kitchen and mechanical equipment
- You will be an excellent communicator and build excellent relationships with departments across the hotel
- Report on any new or developing engineering works that need to be addressed to the Engineering Manager
- Assist with maintaining the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the hotel including physical mechanical electrical plumbing etc
- Assist with energy saving and green initiatives within the hotel
- Assist with inventory organisation and ordering
What were looking for

- Experience in a similar role
- A plumbing or electrical qualification is an advantage but not compulsory
