Vinnies is looking for a motivated and community-focused Tailored Support Coordinator to lead tenant engagement and support coordination across our Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) sites in Cardiff and Maitland.
This dynamic and autonomous role blends direct tenant support with the coordination of engaging community-building activities. Working within a client-centred framework youll collaborate closely with internal teams volunteers and external partners to deliver impactful strengths-based us and be part of a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that values your contribution and growth.
Develop and maintain individual support plans for tenants and households
Develop and Coordinate inclusive community events such as art workshops coffee club mornings and local engagement initiatives
Build and sustain strong relationships with local community organisations and internal Vinnies teams
Maintain accurate case notes records and documentation for internal use and funding reporting
Travel as needed to support tenants and attend site-based activities
Background in human services case management or community development
Proven ability to engage individuals and communities in inclusive strengths-based ways
Experience in coordinating events and managing stakeholder relationships
Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel between sites
