Job Description
Join our Project Management team in the Tech Governance domain where we tackle large-scale IT projects that drive strategic initiatives across the organization. Our focus is on managing complex migrations transformations as well as compliance and security-related projects and very exciting optimization initiatives.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You efficiently manage multiple large-scale projects with varying complexities ensuring timely and successful outcomes
- You dive deep into complex problems to understand them thoroughly identify root causes and ensure comprehensive and effective solutions
- You actively engage in project execution to drive projects forward
- You analyze issues at a higher level considering impacts across teams and responsibilities while ensuring cohesive project integration and alignment with organizational goals
- You work with a strong focus on achieving goals using a fact-based approach and driving projects with key performance indicators

- Experience You have proven experience in managing complex IT projects across various domains with a history of delivering on time and within scope
- Solution-orientation You have strong analytical skills that enable you to break down intricate problems and develop effective solutions
- Skills Your organizational skills and attention to detail paired with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams set you apart
- Adaptability Your versatility allows you to navigate dynamic and fast-paced project landscapes with ease
