Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences Do you have a background in hotels restaurants or customer-facing roles where a warm smile and attention to detail made all the difference At Cochrane Toyota were looking for a Service Greeter who thrives in a fast-paced guest-focused environment and takes pride in making people feel welcome and looked after.
What Youll Do:
Be the first point of contact for our service guests offering a warm and professional welcome.
Confirm service appointments and guest information.
Conduct walkarounds with the guest to identify vehicle concerns.
Open repair orders in our systemwith accuracy and care.
Keep the guest informed comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
Handle customer check-out and payment in a friendly and efficient manner.
Work closely with our BDC and service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in hospitality hotel guest services retail or customer service is strongly preferred.
Professional upbeat and personable with excellent communication skills.
A multitasker who thrives in a busy team-oriented setting.
Comfortable with computers and willing to learn dealership software systems.
Detail-oriented and organized you dont miss the little things.
