You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Director of Partner Relations will be responsible for communicating with and engaging partners to strengthen The Childrens Assessment Centers (CAC) MDT response to reports of child sexual abuse. The Director of Partner Relations will oversee The CACs compliance with partner protocols along with our State and Federal governing organizations for example: Childrens Advocacy Centers of Texas (CACTX) National Childrens Alliance (NCA) reviews accreditation and information requirements. The Director of Partner Relations will provide strategic direction for our Program Services Information System structure to better work with our partners and governing organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with Partners about protocols relevant laws and best practices for responding to reports of Child Sexual Abuse.
Work with the Director of Training and Education to offer training to partners in CAC Protocols; relevant laws; CAC services; Wellness; CAC Policies and Procedures and Best Practices.
Coordinate The CAC Best Practices and Partner Council.
Responsible for The CAC Accreditation Status including Site Visits; Monitoring Reviews and Updating Protocols.
Develops the Annual Report and Impact Reports.
Reviews CACTX Quarterly Reports and Tracks Data to be used for those reports.
Understands the Partner and Governing Body Data and System requirements to provide guidance on The CACs response including cost personnel and infrastructure changes required.
Represents The CAC for Speaking Requests and Community Events upon the request of the Executive Director.

Education:
Bachelors Degree required.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of related experience.
Experience working with multiple agencies and partners with multiple backgrounds.
Experience with analyzing data and reviewing system needs.

Graduate degree preferred.
Experience:
Experience with the accreditation process; working protocols and policy compliance.
Hours:
Monday to Friday.
Hours will be discussed during the interview process.
Additional Information:
Criminal and CPS Background Checks conducted.
