Were seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and play a key role in our clients transformation journeys.
This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives on client connection clinical precision and delivering meaningful outcomes. Youll work directly with clients pursuing weight loss and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)a core part of our growing wellness offering that helps clients regain energy balance and vitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one clinical support to clients engaged in weight loss and hormone therapy programs.
Educate clients on HRT benefits expectations and protocols in an easy-to-understand and empowering way.
Administer injections perform blood draws and monitor vitals with skill and care.
Track client progress and communicate insights clearly to both the team and the client.
Ensure a safe clean and inviting clinic environment at all times.
Offer guidance on Lindora-approved wellness products that align with individual client goals.
What Were Looking For:
Soft Skills:
Deeply empathetic and client-focused with strong listening and communication skills.
Motivated by helping others improve their quality of life.
Team-oriented dependable and calm under pressure.
Curious and coachable open to evolving best practices in wellness and HRT.
Clinical Skills:
Confident with injections phlebotomy and vital assessments.
Comfortable discussing wellness goals weight loss progress and hormonal health.
Experience working in wellness clinics hormone therapy med spas or similar settings is a plus.
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in good standing (Colorado).
Current CPR certification.
Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy preferred but not requiredwell train the right candidate.
