Job Description
Bachelors degree required. At least five (5) years of relevant experience in higher education or a related health professions field with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Must have above-average organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be customer service oriented and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently and track multiple active elements of the curriculum simultaneously. Must be able to work in a high-traffic office environment. Must be able to lift 15 pounds for sessions as needed. Must have extensive computing experience and demonstrate proficiency with MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook. Must be able to provide own transportation to and from offsite sessions and meetings. This position requires a flexible work schedule including early mornings late evenings and/or occasional weekends to support extended student services.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in higher education health administration business administration or a related field preferred.
