Director - ServiceNow - Technology Consulting - Financial Services
The opportunity
As a ServiceNow Master Architect and practice leader you will lead the team to manage the design development and deployment of ServiceNow solutions. Your expertise will ensure alignment between business needs and technical requirements while optimizing performance and scalability within the ServiceNow environment.
Your key responsibilities
- Overseeing and leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations for Tier-1 clients in the financial services industry. This is a fantastic chance to work with some of the biggest names in the industry and make a significant impact.
- The key responsibilities for this role include providing architectural guidance to C-level and senior client stakeholders ensuring that our technology services are perfectly aligned with their business objectives.
- This position will also involve leading the architecture practice and offering guidance and coaching to both senior and junior architects within the team. Its a great opportunity to share your expertise and help others grow in their careers.
- Additionally this role involves designing innovative technology transformation programs and collaborating with the ServiceNow product team and our EY alliance team to develop transformative solutions on the platform.
- Youll play a key role in leading all pre-sales and sales initiatives across the firm locally working closely with ServiceNow EY Go-to-market and EY practice leadership to build a thought leadership point of view for our clients.

Skills and attributes for success

- Over 12 years of industry experience including team leadership and business development.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow configurations database design and relevant integration technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript CSS PowerShell and XML.
- Multiple ServiceNow Implementation certifications. Certified Master architect (CMA) is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fields.
