- As the Product Growth Manager (Retention) at Santa Browser you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior optimizing the onboarding experience and implementing strategies to increase user retention. You will work closely with product marketing and analytics teams to enhance engagement and ensure users get the most value from Santa Browser.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention strategies to maximize user engagement and lifetime value.
- Optimize the user onboarding experience ensuring new users quickly understand and experience the benefits of Santa Browser.
- Implement data-driven engagement tactics such as push notifications email campaigns in-app messaging and gamification.
- Analyze user behavior and identify drop-off points to improve retention across different user segments.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to enhance features that drive engagement and repeat usage.
- A/B test engagement strategies to continuously improve key retention metrics.
- Leverage data and analytics tools to track performance measure success and refine retention initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user engagement growth marketing and retention strategies.
What We re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in product growth user retention or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience optimizing user engagement and retention in digital products or apps.
- Strong understanding of behavioral analytics and user segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing user research and engagement tools (Braze Clevertap OneSignal Firebase etc..
- Ability to craft compelling engagement campaigns across multiple channels (email push in-app etc..
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret user behavior and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working with UX and product teams to optimize onboarding and engagement flows.
