Position Summary

The Account Manager oversees a team executing a high level of customer care for a Class A multi-tenant high-rise building in Minneapolis and will drive the Leadership Engagement Growth & Safety (LEGS) strategy of the Company. Through strong communication and company support the Account Manager will focus on five key areas:

  • Leadership Demonstrate leadership and retaining the right people to support the growth of our account.
  • Employee Engagement Engaging and having direct contact with our workforce every day to create a great employee experience.
  • Customer Engagement Creating Raving Fans of our client through positive customer relationships.
  • Growth Identifying opportunities that improve our clients services and deliver growth.
  • Safety - Proactively lead safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the site and partner with market leadership and law enforcement entities to address operational needs
  • Develop rapport with client representatives and other relevant partners by resolving issues and creating employee and customer facing training programs under the guidance of operational company executive
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of guard force as dictated by contractual obligations and to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Train develop mentor and motivate Security Officers to provide quality consistent service and to ensure all decisions comply with company policy and federal and state regulations
  • Participate in the employee onboarding process including new hire interviewing and selection of candidates that meet ASIs and the clients required level of qualifications and skills

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of security experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of client success
  • The ability to be flexible and available as issues can arise 24 hours a day seven days a week
  • Policy development and training experience preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office products as well as site-specific security programs
  • A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
