Job Description
Principal Responsibilities
- Lifecycle management of hosted applications operating systems and related components.
- Deployment and Installation of applications and VDIs based on XenApp and XenDesktop.
- Provision of XA and XD using automation in particular PVS and MCS.
- Monitoring and proactive maintenance troubleshooting of any issue related to performance or routine issue (Day in/Day out) with root cause analysis knowledge.
- Managing 2nd Level-Support requests Close contact with international IT administrators developers and end users.
- Solution-oriented approach to cover the needs of Linde Engineering applications and IT-Services.
- Close cooperation and support for developers during IT implementations projects.

- Experience in a global acting company together with all social and communicative competences involved.
- Strong end user communication skill & good documentation skills.
Skill Sets
- An IT related qualification degree preferably in Computer science or comparative
- Working experience in field with Citrix Administrator PVS & MCS.
- Knowledge about Active Directly Group Policy Security Network will be added advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft MECN is an advantage
- Experience installing Configuring and supporting windows OS level incl 2019 to 2025.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing as language skill
